Dolce & Gabanna The One for Men has been on the market since 2008, after the female version of this perfume celebrated great success. The designers of this Eau de Parfum were tasked with creating something that was not just a banal classic, but still classically masculine. They managed to create a scent that women absolutely love.
It opens with sparkling notes of bergamot, coriander and basil, which merge into a heart of cardamom, ginger and neroli. Everything is laid on a base of cedarwood, sensual ambergris and tobacco.
This vibrant fresh summery fragrance by Calvin Klein opens with aromatic, slightly green and inviting fruity top notes. Bitter green wormwood spiced with star anise dance in an elegant fusion together with piquant and bracing, with juniper berries with gin note, lingering their freshness, balanced by the sweet and subtle flavored jackfruit.
The middle is woody and suede, smoothly blended coffee nuances and tobacco leaves are blended with green buchu or agathosma accords. Free developes into a woody dry-down including green patchouli, without being overly deep or dark, but herbaceous instead. The wood notes are incorporated amazingly with the virginia cedar and oak blended well.
